DESCRIPTION:The New Rochelle Council on the Arts (NRCA) ArtsFest tradition continues in October\, with thousands coming to enjoy the weekend including an outdoor Makers Market with artisan wares for sale\, live music\, and food trucks. \n\n \n\nThe outdoor Makers Market is Saturday\, October 19\, 2024 from 11 am to 5 pm\n\non the grounds of the historic Thomas Paine Cottage in New Rochelle\n\n(20 Sicard Avenue\, across from the NRHS tennis courts). \n\nThere will be live music\, food trucks\, and over 40 makers selling their creations. \n\n \n\nApplications are due by August 31\, 2024 at midnight. No exceptions. \n\nMakers will be notified about acceptance or denial by September 15.
