The New Rochelle Department of Parks and Recreation proudly presents the 13th Annual Kite Day! Gather your family and friends for a fun-filled afternoon of flying and creating in the park.
Whether you want to bring your own favorite kite to fly or want to try your hand at crafting one, this event has you covered. A limited supply of kite kits will be available on-site, so come ready to build your own kite!
