On Monday, October 17th the City of New Rochelle‘s Parks & Recreation Department will host the 65th Fredrick J. Todora Golf Event. This annual event is held every fall to provide an opportunity to play at a championship level course such as Wykagyl Country Club, at an affordable rate.
