We are proud to honor two incredible New Rochelle leaders at next week's Black History Recognition!
Sylvia B. Hamer - Executive Director of HOPE Community Services and commissioner on the New York Stating Gaming Commission, Sylvia is a dedicated public servant and community advocate, leading initiatives that support vulnerable populations and strengthen communities.
Denise Clark - Owner of Habib's Atmosphere is Hair Salon, Denise is a longtime New Rochelle entrepreneur whose salon has been a hub for beauty, mentorship, and community service for 30 years.
