New Rochelle CDBG 2025 Notice of Funding Availability to New Rochelle Non-Profits

The City of New Rochelle is accepting applications from New Rochelle Non-Profits for innovative programs or projects benefitting youth, homeless, elderly, job training, and the investment in protection of vulnerable populations from climate hazards.

According to HUD guidelines, the City's priority will be to fund activities that are of the most benefit to low and moderate-income persons; applications must indicate how benefits will be extended to these citizens.

Because there are stringent rules that accompany federal funds, we encourage you to read carefully through the first section of packet, "Guidelines for CDBG Applications" and follow instructions exactly.

There is strong competition for these funds. Awards will be made based on the highest benefit to our citizens.
