Description
This special two-hour master class offers a deeper introduction to Dharma Yoga, a classical practice rooted in the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra and the traditional Hatha-Raja Yoga lineage. Led by Tere Yogi, the session will include gentle warm-ups, classical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), deep relaxation, and meditation practices. Guided with care and supportive options throughout, participants are encouraged to practice at their own pace and honor their bodies.
