Description
New Rochelle is “painting the town spooky," thanks to New Rochelle High School’s PAVE (Performing and Visual Arts Education Program) and Art Honor Society student artists. Look for these large-scale Halloween themed creations on the windows of our local merchants in the Wykagyl, Iona University, and Downtown shopping areas.
