Holiday Cheer will be overflowing at the NR Chamber's Holiday Lighting on Saturday December 6th at 5:00pm. Partnering with the City of New Rochelle and the New Rochelle Downtown BID in Memorial Plaza at the intersection of Memorial Highway and Main Street.
