Holiday Cheer will be overflowing at the NR Chamber's Holiday Lighting on December 4th at 5:00pm. Partnering with the City of New Rochelle and the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (NRBID) in Memorial Plaza at the intersection of Memorial Highway and Main Street.
