Description

Experience the dynamic sound of Isle of Klezbos, NYC's acclaimed all-women klezmer ensemble. Performing neo-folkloric tunes, re-grooved standards, and genre-transcending originals, the ensemble's gorgeous arrangements range from rambunctious to swinging to ethereal. This spirited performance brings Yiddish musical heritage to life with energy, humor, and heart.

Presented as part of the Yiddish Book Center's Public Libraries Program, in partnership with ALA and funded by the Lilly Endowment, Inc.
