Multilevel Yoga
Monday 6:15 - 7:45 pm
For those seeking a more challenging practice with broader variations, the Dharma Multilevel class includes both gentle modifications and more advanced options.
This class is open to all levels, but also intended for students with some experience of those ready to explore a broader range of postures. It follows a similar structure to the Gentle class but includes more dynamic sequences and offers advanced posture variations for students who are ready and able to safely practice them. Led by Tere Yogi. Please bring your own mat.
