On Saturday, August 3rd, the New Rochelle Youth Bureau will host TEEN FEST 2024, a special afternoon event by and for New Rochelle youth and young adults. This inaugural festival will be held at Ruby Dee Park at Library Green and Lawton Street from 12-5PM, and will serve as a platform for local youth to showcase their talents and businesses and feature a dynamic lineup of live performances, activities, and vendors that will inspire and engage.
