Description
Join historian and author Emily Sneff for a discussion of her new book, When the Declaration of Independence Was News. In conversation with New Rochelle Public Library History Librarian David Torres, Ms. Sneff explores the story of the Declaration of Independence at the moment it first appeared in 1776- before anyone knew what its legacy would be or whether the colonies would prevail in their struggle with Great Britain.
