| A revival of Jazz has emerged in New Rochelle, New York! New Rochelle is on its way to becoming the next jazz destination by hosting its second annual FREE International Jazz Festival. "Queen City of the Sound International Jazz Festival” is Westchester County's premier international jazz festival. Global Jazz Community in partnership with the City of New Rochelle, presents the first of two feature dates: Saturday September 17th at 2pm in Ruby Dee Park. Some feature musicians performing at the "Queen City Of The Sound International Jazz Festival" in New Rochelle include Grammy award winners Roberto Quintero, and Oscar Hernández (with the Spanish Harlem Orchestra), as well as the world class artistry of Carlitos Padron, Global Jazz Community Allstar Latin Band, Rocky Middleton Jazz Ensemble and more!
