We've UPDATED the Ribbon Cutting to 11:30AM on Friday October 10th at The Cannabis Reserve – New Rochelle at 1307 North Ave in Wykagyl, New Rochelle. The New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, October 10th at 11:30AM.
