The Summer Sounds Concert Series is presented by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, in partnership with the New Rochelle Dept. of Parks and Recreation, and co-sponsored by Monarch Assisted Living, Montefiore New Rochelle, LMXD and Wilder Balter Partners, RXR, Town House Restaurant, New Rochelle Parks Foundation, Francella Property and Westchester Pop Stars.
