Learn how to recognize the warning signs of suicide and take action through QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer), a practical suicide prevention training. Participants will gain the tools to recognize someone in crisis, offer support, and connect them with appropriate resources. This free virtual training is open to anyone who wants to help make a difference in their community.
